Shot Blasting and Coating Services
We provide professional surface preparation and coating solutions for our products.

• Automatic Shot Blasting Machines: Capable of handling diameters up to 1 meter; larger sizes are manually blasted.
• Paint Spraying: Offers shot-blasted and coated products before dispatch, using commonly requested paints to ensure quick processing.

To prevent damage during handling and transport, pipes and coated products are securely packaged to leave our works in perfect condition.

Traceability
Although mill certificates are not provided for Non-Prime products, we maintain a unique pipe numbering system to trace stock back to the supplier. While data from suppliers can be shared upon request, it is provided without warranty.

Inspection Services

• Customers are invited to inspect stock at our facility prior to placing orders.
• Third-party inspections can be arranged with agencies such as Lloyds, DNV, and Bureau Veritas. We work closely with these organizations to minimize costs and streamline inspection processes.

Packaging Standards
We stock a full range of stainless steel, Inconel, Hastelloy, and Alloy 20 pipes, tubes, sheets, plates, and coils.

• Standard packaging includes skids and corner protection for industrial products.
• Bars and tubes are bundled and protected according to the order’s size and scope.
• Shipments are typically delivered using our dedicated fleet of trucks.

Coating Options
We offer a wide range of coating options for stainless steel, Inconel, Monel, and Hastelloy pipes, tubes, sheets, and plates. Various colors, thicknesses, and opacity levels are available to meet customer needs.
