2.1 Bharat Steel is a stockist and supplier of stainless steel sheets, plates, coils, rods, strips, flanges, pipes, pipe fittings, and industrial raw materials including Brass, Aluminium, Copper, Nickel, Hastelloy, and Titanium.
2.2 All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.
2.3 We make every effort to display accurate product information; however, slight variations in material or specifications may occur.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payments must be made via approved methods, including bank transfers or other payment modes communicated at the time of purchase.
3.3 Bharat Steel reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within the specified time frame or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Orders and Delivery

4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock.
4.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical issues or unforeseen delays.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or upon receipt by the customer.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1 Returns or cancellations are accepted only for valid reasons, such as defective or damaged products, subject to our inspection and approval.
5.2 Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
5.3 Customized or special-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
